Stand in front of your bed or couch in such a way, that you can fall backwards without hurting yourself. An alternative is to have someone you trust enough to catch you stand behind you.
When you are safe enough, close your eyes and repeat in your mind:
"I AM falling backwards. I AM falling backwards...." (The word "AM" is important to get right.)
While doing this try to relax your body and focus on your mind. Do not strain, just relax.
Eventually, you will fall onto the bed or someone's arms, and there is hypnosis!
